Move Order

Hello

There is a requirement in a scenario that when a Move order is backordered a PO/req should be created to procure those items from the supplier. Can we do this by any means in oracle..

Move order is created manually, and type is Move order transfer. (Even if it is possible through planning methods ..ex : min max, should be fine)

Any information will be really helpfull
