Is it possible to fetch variable/parameter value from rtf template to the chart in BI Publisher 10g

Hi ,

Is there any feature/function to fetch variable/parameter value from rtf template to the chart in BI Publisher 10g(10.1.3.2.0)?
If possible,could you please guide me on the same.
