US PAY: Oracle US Payroll - do we need to apply EOY phase 3 patch?

Hi,

We are on R12.0 Oracle HRMS and stricly US Payroll. We have applied EOY phase 1 and phase 2 patches.  We only operate in MO and KS.  We've completed our year-end process and issued W-2 forms already.

Do we still need to apply the phase 3 patch?
