listener is showing status Down in EM db Control but is up on the server in 11.2.0.3.0

Hi, I have just upgraded one of our test database from 11.1.0.7.0 to 11.2.0.3.0. After I upgraded, I noticed that in R2 OEM database control, the listener is always showing the status DOWN.On the server, i can see the listener is actually running. 'lsnrctl status '.  If I chose to 'start' the listener in EM, it will return and say 'the listener is already up', however the status is still showing DOWN.
Any advise?
