Secure Email from Apps

I will be creating a program(s) to send emails with attachments after a report completes so I have been reviewing all the terrific information about sending emails from Oracle on the communities forum.  Quite a bit of helpful information so thanks in advance for the information.  I will be using this information to create my programs.

I have a couple questions that I did find an answer for and I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Our oracle apps environment is hosted by a 3rd party.  Apps version 11.5.10.2 and db version 11.2.02, Solaris 10.  Corporate email is Exchange and we use secure delivery when needed.
