Attributes dimension in essbase excel add-in retrieval

While trying to retrieve data against BSO cube with attribute dimensions through excel add-in it retrieves zero data, whereas able to retrieve data without attribute dimensions.

Anyhow faced same issue while trying to retrieve data through Essbase excel add-in 11.1.2.1.
