Resource Charge time updating in the Web front end

We have a custome time entry system that updates from a custom table to the Oracle interface to eAM.  When the resouce transaction processes, I can see the employee number from the form inquiry.  However even tho the time charged is correct on the Web page, the employee information is missing.  I have posted transactions to work orders two ways.  1.  without an employee assigned to the resource on the operation; and 2.  I have assigned an employee prior to entering time.  Both scenarios failed to show the charged time associated with a valid employee associated to a resource code.
