Account Hierarchy Manager Personalisation

 Hi,

   Our aim is to restrict Account Value Sets(specific value set) restricted for some user/responsibility to view only but not modifiable.

Also same sort of user can update/create other Account segment Value set values.

This we need in the AHM. We had done a personalisation in the Values set values definition window but not sure how to do it in AHM.

If any one can provide a clue or any document reference how to carry out this will be much appreciated.
