Issue creating Vendor address with Country = Australia

Hi all,

We are implementing 12.1.3 and while creating suppliers, i am receiving the following error when creating an address with the Country set to Australia:

These address elements are not validated: STATE. Correct the invalid elements, or continue and save the invalid address.

I think this has something to do with an address DFF, but for the life of me, I can't find the correct one.

Has anyone come across this before?
