Roll back of encumbrance balances (E) from GL_Balance

Hi, Has anybody steps how to roll back Encumbrance balances (Actual Flag='E' from GL_BALANCE), we have found out data for Period Feb-12 has been corrupted. We have to correct it. Advance Thanks.
