New supporthtml generating customer reports and associated bugs and exporting to excel

Hi

I am trying to figure out how to generate a report for a customer CSI which lists the SR numbers and associated bugs that can be exported to excel to pass this knowledge to the customer

In the new Support html portal,under reports I can generate a a report but it only shows me the product list and SR count.
It does not provide a detailed SR list.

When I select defects report, I see a list of the defects but no option to print or export. Also a number of the defects do not have a subject, this field is blank.
