FRM:40735 : CLOSE_WINDOW trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

Hi,

We are facing FRM:40735 : CLOSE_WINDOW trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508  while closing Forms in Service.

We are on APPS -R12.1.3,  DB - 11.1.0.7 , OS : Oracle Linux 5 .

We have performed every solution steps mentioned in  note id FRM-40735 Errors (FRM-40105, ORA-06508, ORA-1403, ORA-4062) in Service Requests, Contact Center, Tasks [ID 1326683.1] but still facing the issue.

Applied all latest CRM, CS patches recompiled forms and Libraries of JTF,CS and CSC modules also verified  MO :Operating Unit profile option is set correctly  but no luck.

Is anyone facing the same issue? can you please provide solution.
