Merging FileManager in Agile PLM

Hi,

Could any one guide/help me to know what are the steps that is involved in merging 2 FileManger of Agile PLM into one FileManager.

Eg: i have 2 fileManger Primary and Secondary in diffrent location. Now i want to keep only one say Primary and want to move all the file from Secondary fileManager to Primary without losing any data.
