OOEM 11g will not discover a host , Agent is running and status is OK

I had a problem with one of my nodes on a 4 node rac cluster , the node crashed.

I wanted to see what happened if i removed the node from OEM, so i deleted all the monitored targets and then the agent . Once the node was rebooted and the agent restarted , OEM will not discover the node , what ever i try

the status of the agent is

racle@maverick:/u01/drop/agent/patches/9345906 > /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/agent/agent11g/bin/emctl status agent
