"zfs clone" lacks something such as "-r". What would be the procedure to get such result?

Hello,
We're willing to clone whole ZFS subtrees, such as when we use "zfs snapshot -r".

There's no "-r" option for "zfs clone", so how do we handle this?
Manually, one by one?
