How to set Confirmation of supplier registration to Russio languige.

Dear all,

After I create new supplier user he receive Confirmation of registration in English. Supplier of created user has site with indicated language as "Russion". So as I understand such supplier should receive only Russion notifications. Does anybody know how to solve this issue? I need my supplier user receive Confirmation of registration  in Russion.
