Oracle Eam creating a Pm schedule

I am trying to create a new schedule for a PM.

1: The equipment is associated with a activity.

2: The schedule does not show up on a search for the new name for example 053-T2223230-1411-1843-m.

Problem is when I go to create a new schedule and fill out the information on the screen the error I am getting is the Pm name must be unque.

I then search for that name on the schedule definition and that name shows up and their is nothing I can do with it.

   I then tried to create a new name by adding mthly to the end and the error is set name is not unique for this activity association. The message will be with the attachement.
