IE 9 is unable to logon to R12 system
Since starting our rollout of PCs running IE 9 on Windows 7, we have been
unable to get past the logon screen to the application in R12. Accessing our
11i systems works fine. Additionally, Firefox and Chrome on the same PCs works
fine so it must be an IE 9 setting. We have had a SR opened for a month with no
resolution.
Yesterday, we did a test of disabling all plug-ins, allowing all cookies,
etc., etc. and it started to work!!! Therefore, we undid our changes and did
them one at a time hoping to find the one that did the "fix". In each case,
logon failed. Even after getting back to the setting that previously worked,
now it no longer worked.
