Automate Subinventory Level Min Max Updates

We use subinventory min max levels to automate our replenishment process.  We have a lot of items setup for min max and the numbers need to be updated regularly.  I do not see an open interface or API to assist with this process.  Is there anyway to update these numbers that doesn't involve logging into the application and changing them manually?
