R12: Unable to term service contact line becuase tied to an SR.
Oracle R12.1.2
Issue: Trying to terminate a service contract but get the following error. "You cannot terminate this contract/line because a service request is pending against this contract/line. Please try again later."
There are no open SR against this customer. I found article [ID 1378592.1], but like I said, no OPEN SR against the customer.
What gives? Obviously, a SC could be associated to a multitude of SR's over the course of their contract. The only work around is to disassociate the Contact from the CLOSED SR.
Do we have a profile setup incorrectly? It doesn't seem right that you would have to disassociate the SR from the contract inorder to terminate the contract. I understand if the SR was open, but it isn't. Ideas?
