Server OS Upgrade to Windows Server 2008 R2 with Siebel 8.1.1.5

We are upgrading our systems from 7.8.2.14 to 8.1.1.5, which is to be used on VMWare. Currently the server has Siebel 7.8 with 10x Oracle Client and is on MS Windows Server 2003 SP2 32 bit. We want to configure the upgrade to Siebel 8.1.1.5 and run it on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit) on VMWare. The upgrade would be done on Sandbox environment which has homogeneous configuration while the Production and Production test environments are heterogeneous.

Our main concern is will we be able to perform the Siebel upgrade on Windows Server 2008 R2 m/c, given tools is not compatible with it? If yes, which among below would be preferable regarding -
