US PAY: State W-2 Magnetic Media RV Record for Maryland State Pickup

Can anyone tell me where the value of the Maryland State Pickup amount (positions 257-268) comes from in the RV record of the Maryland State W-2 Magnetic Media file?  I would think it should be a total of all of the amounts in the Maryland State Pickup amounts in the RS records in positions 298-307 but it is not.  Our total for the RS records is 588,686.53 but the amount in the RV is 1,078,986,173.12 (yes -- over 1 billion!!).   Our state wages are only 545,768,066.52.
