Failed to start NEP/JNEP with the following errors observed in JNEP diagnostic file:

srv_name NEP_lb11 listener name NEP_lb11_jlistener

SQLException java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

PORT not configured in tbl_listeners. exiting...

What could be the reason?
