Is anyone familiar with how to resolve the following error?
We receive the following error for new full-time employees who work less than 37.5 hrs during their first week.
The following time entry rule has been violated (Time Entered for a week must equal 37.5 hours or higher. Please Re-enter)
A new employee started on 2/1/2012; they are trying to enter their time for 2/1 to 2/3/2012 for a total of 22.5 however, they receive the error and are not able to proceed. We also receive the error when we try to enter their time through Timekeeper Entry.
Also, please note this error does not occur for all new full-time employees.
