Dates in F065016 - Deletion Recommended?

We are code current on this application (P055011) and noticed the changes in the code which no longer allows dates in the remainder type records.  Currently, the dates remain in the F065016 and does not interfere in payroll, but any future changes to the record or addition of new deposit instructions follow the new 'no date allowed' logic.  Does ORACLE suggest deletion of the records containing an end date and then deletion of the start date on remaining remainder records?  Is there any reason why this data cleanup cannot follow to $ or % records as well since the application is not
