New Customer records cannot be retrieved when using DQM searches
Problem Description: Infrequently - but becoming more common - new customer records cannot be retrieved when using DQM searches (say when searching via the Customer Standard Search form). However, the customer record is accessible via the customer Alternate Find form or in other forms NOT using DQM search (Sales Order form for example).
Steps to reproduce:
-Receivables Manager, N: Customers : Standard
-In the Customer Search Criteria window, note that the Match Rule = F5 Customer Search.
-Enter Account Number '256894' and click Find.
-The search returns with this message: 'No Customer matched your search criteria. Please press the New button to enter this new customer.'
