SLAM Clarification Required..?

Dear Friends,

This is Prakash.

As per the project plan we divided into 2 phases. In first phase we are not implementing budget. But in 2nd phase we should implement. Can anyone suggest me which SLAM can i take. Standard Accrual or Encumbrance Accrual. If i take SLAM as a Standard Accrual, can i change into Encumbrance Accrual in future?
