Concurrent Request/Programs Priority Settings

Hi Guys,

May i please have your thoughts with this one.

We have a concurrent request/program that is running too long. A scheduled one that is running daily. This concurrent request is inside a workflow. Right now its priority is set to default: 50. We are looking into this if changing the priority(maybe to 1 or much higher that 50) of this concurrent request will greatly affect the speed of completion of the said program.

[Edited] It is a standard concurrent request: Autoreconciliation process. Its is Running Normal but too long.

Please let me know your thoughts and let me know if further details required.
