Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle licence and total cpu on nodes.

Hello,

We have new RAC with 2 nodes and 3 licences (Processor Perpetual) by nodes.

Cpu by host:
cat /proc/cpuinfo return 24 CPU. 2 processors. 6 cpu by processor with HT.
Cpu detail: http://ark.intel.com/products/52577/Intel-Xeon-Processor-X5675-(12M-Cache-3_06-GHz-6_40-GTs-Intel-QPI)

parameter on database:
cpu_count = 24
resource_manager_cpu_allocation = 24

What oracle parameter need to be modified to respect oracle licensing ? I don't find any doc ID on metalink.
