Hi,
I received this error this morning and have loaded the StorageTek support advisor to check the procedure I need to follow to rectify this problem.
The HowTo/TID says that I need to collect data stats but firstly the tray must be "reserved for maintenance" - I can't actually find anywhere saying whether this procedure causes issues to users accessing the data while this collection is happening....
Would anyone please be able to clarify as I'm not entirely comfortable with leaving this till after business hours to run.
Thanks,
Julian.
