Changed job/ support account and still want to use My Community account

In Oracle Support I have a new account due to a change in job, but I still want to use my Community Account to keep track in the same areas of JD Edwards.

I have mentioned to change my email address in My Community Profile, but every time I start up from my new Support Account, I am getting an anonymous new Communitiy Account.

Can I change that somewhere or place a request at Oracle Support?
