Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

SR does not show up.

I recently created an SR (#3-5247252784) but it does not show up in my list of created SR's.
The engineers I have been in communication with tell me they are able to update this SR.

I also need to upload an explorer file but I do not see where I can do this.

Please advise.
