cycle count questions

1)  When i have an approval that is required by the manager for a variance over $1000 i assume nothing happens until the approval occurs, then the transaction will process?

2)  When i reject, does it move the item out to the next weeks cycle count listing?

3)  When i recount, does the item get moved to the recount listing?
