Trying to replicate the Webinar - Generate Pre-Populated Emails

Hello all,

I am trying to follow the steps in this webinar and generate a pre-populated email but no luck.

Here are the steps

1. I  created the report with the exact same fields as mentioned in the webinar.2. Created a Filter prompt on Service Request ID and picked one Service Request# to start with.3. Create Layout - I deleted the Title and Table view. Clicked on Advance and added narrative Reporting. In the narrative section added this code
