Is there a way to set a recurrence on a reminder for workflow approvals?

In our workflow, the approver receives one and only one reminder to approve after 48 hours.   I would like to set this to be a recurring reminder, sending an email every 48 hours until they approve.  How can I accomplish this?  I'm using Agile 9.3.
