STD & LTD Deduction (Benefit) Setup A9.2
Has anyone been successful in setting up these 2 DBA based on Annual Salary and not age? If yes, how many DBAs were used, what table codes; etc? Here's the formula for STD: Hourly rate X 2080 / 52 weeks X .60 Benefit Covered / 10 X .19 Ins rate for coverage X 12 months / 26 pay periods = B/W amount. The LTD calculation is basically the same.
