CNS-9032 -- Sync did not complete

Hello,

When FE tries to click syncronize on the laptop after entering debrief lines he gets page is not displayed error.....When I checked the ol_sync.log file in C:\mobileclient\oldb40 I see the below error ...We tried uninstalling and re-installing the client but even after doing a fresh install when he enters the debrief lines and click on syncronize we see the error below...

Can you also please let me know if every client should have the "csmlHandleSync.uix" in C:\mobileclient\bin\FSLaptop ?
