Multiple Ship From Locations in the Same Inventory Organization

 I have a case where the business would like to setup two facilities that are located approximately 150 miles from each other within the same inventory organization.  They will be shipping finished goods from both physical locations.

This presents multiple challenges:

1. When a sales order is taken multiple lines could be sourced from either plant. Typically these would be split by inventory organization, but in this scenario they would be in the same inventory org.  These can not be on the same delivery. How would one configure or prevent this consolidation onto a single delivery?

2. Our shipping docs print the address from the inventory organization setup as the "Ship From" location. Since these will be two different locations, how could I set this up so both addresses could be identified?
