IBY_TRXN_SUMMARIES_ALL.initiator_extension_id is not getting populated

Hello thereWe are using Rel12 Oracle Payments module to process some real time credit card funds capture by using the IBY_PAYMENT_ADAPTER_PUB.OraPmtReq procedure. I noticed that the record that gets inserted inserted in the IBY_TXN_SUMMARIES_ALL does not populate the initiator_extension_id column.
I have pre created the IBY_FNDCPT_TX_EXTENSIONS record and use the trxn_extension_id in the input parameter for the above API (p_pmtreqtrxn_rec.Trxn_Extension_Id)

any help would be most appreciated
