which version of EIS-DVD is the latest version contains Solaris 9 patches

when install patch from the latest EIS-DVD(Release Date:18 January 2012  Vn 3.4.0), I find that there is not a dir nane ./sun/patch/9 which contains patch for Solaris 9. Is Solaris 9 Vintage Solaris? I want to install patch from EIS-DVD for Solaris 9, which version of EIS-DVD is the latest version contains  a dir nane ./sun/patch/9, and how should I do?
