Calculate ATT (available to transact)

Dear

 

For lot controlled item, when calculate the Available to transact quantity process:

first the organization ,then subinventory, then  lot number.  If ATT is not enough at organization level , will not consider the subinventory/locator/lot. Is it correct?

When calculate the ATT quantity,there are transactions stuck in MTI can impact the quantity or not? The transactions stuck in MTI inserted by customization program.
