How to transfer asset from one organization to another?

We have some assets defined in one of the 25 EAM Organizations. Now these assets are transferred physically to some other location.

How can we transfer these assets from EAM Org1 to EAM Org2.

Note :

1. We do not receive, track assets in inventory. No onhand balance exists for these assets in Inventory. These are all Capital Assets which are tracked in EAM and FA.

2. We do not have 'Asset Tracking'. But we have Install Base.

3. Going through Oracle Metalink and oyher articles, we found that in order to perform a Asset Move- either subinvetory transfer or inter-org transfer using EAM Maintenance Self Service Page, the asset number needs to transactable, stocked in inventory which is not applicabe in our case,
