APP-SQLAP-10000 error

Hi experts,

I am facing following error while going to apply pre-payment:

APP-SQLAP-10000: The system could not determine occured in Apply_Prepy_Line<-Apply Prepayment Form with parameters (&PARAMETERS) while performing the follownig operation: Call to calculate tax

Please guide fro its rectification.
