Project Manufacturing India Localization

Hi All,
Can you please let us know if my inventory organization is Project Manufacturing enabled, this will not be supported by India Localization taxes?

Specifically we want to know is if we have created a PO with destination as EXPENSE for an org which is Project Manufacturing enabled, will the Non Recoverable Taxes flow to Project?
