Progressing a lead from ODM to CRMOD

Hi All,

Can anyone please guide / help understand how do the lead promotion takes place from ODM to CRMOD?

e.g. We recently launched an email campaign and received number of click throughs. We now want to promote those who have shows interest to leads into CRMOD.
