Oracle Enterprise Manager Product Management would like to  find out if there is a customer demand to discover & monitor multiple profiles within the same IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) installation. This is currently a limitation of the Enterprise Manager Plugin.  Currently we have an Enhancement Request filed for this issue: 4557595 - DISCOVERY FAILED FOR 2 STANDALONE WEBSPHERE SERVER INSTANCES ON SAME MACHINE

Please update this post if you use the feature in your IBM Websphere Application Servers or if you are currently limited by this lack of functionality in our Enterprise Manager Plugin. We would also be interested in any other limitation you face with this plugin.
