I am not even sure how I should start the question. Ok. We have this database recently is running high on kernel cpu. I found out that at the same time there is one user that is always running something that is blocking all others. The username is report  and os user is oracle so I really can't pin point and find out who that is. So, today I just locked the account and want to see who complains. But so far no one complains, but the kernel CPU went to the roof. I was just curious. So I unlock
