Union rate table and Billing rate (PBRT) in time entry

We have Double time pay type that is calculating the correct rate (PBRT), but another pay type with pay type multiplier of  2.32 does not calculate the correct billing rate.

The Union rate table (F069126)  contains a rate of 59.510 in the Billing rate column for this job type and step.

The impact of the issue is undercharging the jobs for the pay type with a 2.32 multiplier.

I am attaching excel sheet with example.
