BPEL- Error sending email attachment file

Hi,

  I am having issue sending the email attachment file in BPEL from the local box. Following is the error: Please help.

XPath expression failed to execute. Error while processing xpath expression, the expression is "ora:readFile('file:///c:\\filefolder\\TestEmail.txt')", the reason is message can't be null. Please verify the xpath query.
