WebLogic 9.2 MP1 Patch for an know SQLException Issue

Hi,

Weblogic 9.2 MP1 has an issue “<span style="font-size: 10pt;">java.sql.SQLException: JZ0S2: Statement object has already been closed” and the patch “</span>WLS 9.2 MP1 Patch 8542793” resolved this issue. Do you think this patch (WLS 9.2 MP1 Patch 8542793) is required for weblogic 9.2 PM3 ? We are using ASAP 7.0.1 / WLS 9.2 MP3 and we are experiencing SQL Exception “<span style="font-size: 10pt;">java.sql.SQLException: JZ0S2: Statement object has already been closed”. </span><span lang="EN-CA" style="font-size: 10pt;"></span>
